Cancellation Policy

Please note a full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for a full refund. 
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged $25.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation policy applies to all guests regardless of membership subscriptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
